This workshop is designed for ceramicists with limited knowledge of Alternative Firing techniques or those seeking a fresh perspective on these methods. The workshop will briefly demonstrate how I mix, apply, and burnish with Terra Sigillata. I will then cover my firing techniques, including Saggar firing and Raku firing using soluble metal salts, as well as a combination of these methods.
